1. Log Loading & Super Cargo Specialist Services

Designed to maximise vessel efficiency and safety for timber exports, these services include:

  • Cargo Superintendency: Specialist oversight to optimise stowage and vessel intake while coordinating between stevedores and ship command.
  • Draft Surveys: Precise displacement measurements for accurate cargo weight determination.

2. Vessel Technical Surveys & Inspections

  • Crane Surveys: Detailed inspections on Geared Bulk Carriers to ensure lifting gear meets safety standards.
  • Condition Surveys: Structural integrity and cleanliness assessments, including On-Hire & Off-Hire/bunkers surveys  and vessel state at the start or end of a charter.

  • Cargo Damage & Loss: Investigating claims of contamination, shortage, or physical damage. 
  • Personal Injury/Death: Documenting onboard conditions and interviewing witnesses when crew, passengers, or stevedores are injured or killed.
  • Environmental Pollution: Investigating oil spills or hazardous substance leaks to determine root causes (e.g., bunkering errors or groundings) and verify compliance with MARPOL standards.
  • Collisions & FFO: Investigating collisions with other ships or damage to Fixed and Floating Objects (FFO) like docks and buoys.
  • Pre-Entry & Condition Surveys: Proactive inspections to assess a vessel's risk profile before a Club accepts it for insurance
